IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritise incoming development requests, coordinating between developers and stakeholders to ensure prompt approval or necessary revisions.
• Develop and oversee work plans for new projects, including timelines for testing and go-live.
• Supervise and guide the internal development team, managing their workflows and deliverables.
• Oversee the administration of interface links and outputs to external parties, working with commercial management to identify and address new requirements.
• Coordinate and implement the rollout of new tools and functionalities, aligning with strategic directives.
• Act as the main point of contact for Group IT, providing status updates and requesting support as needed.
• Collaborate with ERP system owners to ensure data consistency and integration across tools and data sources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Exceptionally organized and analytical with a structured approach to work.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive and dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient with IT and computer systems, including database management and online reporting solutions.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding attention to detail, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of PHP databases and MySQL is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SAP and distribution business processes is a plus.
• Experience in managing software/web development projects.
• Background in business analysis is an advantage.
